Vince, a 5' 9" 160lb point guard, joins ISU coming from Brother Rice High School in Chicago. Vince is the second player to come to ISU from Brother Rice, following Rico Hill downstate. Vince's High School coach is Pat Richardson, the brother of ISU head coach Tom Richardson. Pat Richardson called him " the best player I've ever coached. He just had a knack for always making the right decision at the right time. He's a good fit for Tom and ISU. He's a nice kid who is really unselfish and very coachable." Vince says that he has been referred to as a small piece of dynamite. " I know I'm playing well when everybody around me gets involved. I like to let the shots come to me, But I can crete my own shot if I have to."
