Ty Modupe, a 6' 7" forward from Highland Park High School in Topeka Kansas has signed a Letter Of Intent to play at Illinois State. Modupe was a Finalist for Sophomore Player of the Year, won the MVP for juniors at an Kansas Battle of the Rankings camp, and as a Junior was 3rd team all state, 2nd team all city, and 3rd team all conference. He was the teams 6th man as a Sophomore behind 3 current Missouri Valley players and averaged 4.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game. As a Junior he averaged 10 points and 6.7 rebounds per game for the 25-0 Scots. |
