Dilligard |
Greg has signed a Letter of Intent with ISU for next season. Junior Season Led Highland with 22 points and 20 rebounds when his #1 seeded team advanced to the regional playoffs with an impressive 56-40 win over second seed Canton. Had 17 points, 13 rebounds and four blocked shots in a sectional game. Scored all but two of his 10 points in the fourth quarter, as the Cougars beat Canton 45-38. Class 1A-2A All-State Basketball 2nd Team member Averaged 16 points and 12 rebounds per game Prepstars on Dilligard - "He is a tough 6-7 BF with really long arms who blocks a lot of shots and rebounds like a mutha. He is kind of a throwback player who just battles on the blocks and is a garbage man. Doesn't waste any time floating around the perimeter jacking up bad shots. A very good Mo-Valley type who will really contribute after a couple of years of adjusting. " Bob Gibbons on Dilligard - "Greg Dilligard 6-7 215 lbs. W/PF Ewing (MO) Highland, St. Louis Eagles. Long and lean. Great athleticism. Excellent at converting offensive moves in the low post. Solid defender who blocked a handful of shots in the two games we witnessed. Needs to add a little weight and improve his mid-range jumper. Mid major prospect." |
